How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. You can book and move into your storage space directly through our website, or contact our team and we'll send you a secure move-in link by email or text. Once your booking is complete, payment has been received, and your ID has been verified, we'll provide your gate PIN and a site map showing your storage space location. Then you're ready to move in. Just remember to bring your own padlock to secure your unit.

What can’t I put into storage?

For safety and compliance reasons, you cannot store flammable materials, dangerous goods, perishable items, stolen property, illegal goods, or any substances that may be harmful to the environment.

Undercover Storage does not provide insurance for goods stored at the facility. Customers are responsible for arranging their own insurance cover for their stored belongings, and we strongly recommend ensuring adequate cover is in place before moving in.

How secure is my space?

Security is a top priority at Undercover Storage. Your storage space is secured with your own padlock, meaning only you have access to your belongings. The facility is fully fenced, protected by an electric security gate with individual PIN access, and monitored by camera surveillance to help provide peace of mind.

Is there a minimum storage period?

We have a minimum charge of one month; however, you're welcome to use storage for a shorter period if needed. We simply ask that you provide 14 days' notice before moving out.

Payments are made in advance through automatic monthly debits from your nominated bank account or credit card. We also require a one-month bond, which is fully refundable when you move out, provided your storage space is left clean and empty.
